


My Roles and Responsibilities : Research, Persona Mapping, UI/UX, Prototyping & Visual Design.



After our initial user research we studied and mapped the pain points of the users during the different stages of the transaction process. This helped us get first hand details of where an intervention would probably be required.

We also tried going beyond just the withdrawal process and studied what happens to a user incase of a mishap.
What is the troubleshooting process like?

We then studied the existing QR based ATM system to find out the process behind it and how it compares to the existing process of transaction in an ATM.



Through our research, we found various pain points that pertain to users who belong to a lower economic background, starting from their idea of banking and distrust in technology for the same. We went ahead considering these challenges but dropped the stakeholder as we were trying to address too many pain points at the same time complicating our project in the timeline of work.
